So, yeah, I wrote a book about “Weird Florida.”

The skunk ape! Mysterious lights in the sky! A woman who just sort of burned to death inexplicably in her apartment! That window stain that looked like the Virgin Mary! And, of course, a bevy of haunted hotspots spread throughout the home of Disney, beaches and ancient, gargantuan reptiles.

I’ve always been interested in the paranormal, and after I more-or-less retired from full-time journalism, I wanted to do a fun nonfiction project, just for me, and Paranormal Florida: Shadows of the Sunshine State is it. I hope you enjoy it.
